Please be advised that Bathroom Sales Direct will not be dispatching products between 20th December 2024 and 6th January 2025.
- Showroom Operations: Our showroom will resume operations on 13th January 2025.
- Click & Collect: Available from our Smithfield warehouse until Friday, 20th December, 2:00 PM.
- Customer Service: Our team will operate on a limited basis via email throughout the holiday period. However, there will be no email support on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day.
Our website will remain open for orders 24/7 during this time.

- Orders placed before 17th December 2024 will be dispatched this year.
- Orders placed from 18th December 2024 onwards will be shipped when the warehouse resumes operations on 6th January 2025.
