If there is an instance of an out of stock item or backorder we will notify via email within 24-48 hours.

Yes, we are still shipping Australia Wide as our delivery partners are working as usual. You can shop our extensive range online and select home delivery. And to help protect the health of you, your family and our delivery partners, signatures for home delivery will not be required.
Yes. To help protect the health of you, your family and our delivery partners, signatures for a delivery will not be required. Our delivery partners have introduced measures to limit physical interactions between drivers and our customers.
If you’re not home, they will find a safe place to leave your parcel and take a photo of the parcel so you know it was delivered safely. If they can’t find a safe place, they’ll leave a card letting you know, your parcel can be picked up and signed for from a nearby Post Office or Depot. Yes. We’re offering FREE home delivery on orders under 20kg for Tapware, Shower and Accessories*. Large items will incur a delivery fee based on the delivery destination and weight total
Home deliveries will be delivered to your nominated delivery address.
Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days after they have been dispatched from our warehouse, subject to availability. Rural and remote areas may take longer. This delivery time frame is subject to changes in circumstances.
Some deliveries and Click and Collect orders may take longer than usual due to the high demand we are currently experiencing.
If you have an account with us, you can login to your account and track your order. If you don’t have an account or have checked out as a guest, the Consignment ID Number can track your order via Australia Post, Couriers Please, Direct Freight Express and TNT websites, depending on which of our partners delivers your order.
Yes, our store’s Click & Collect service has been updated to be available at the front of the store or outside the store, assuring physical separation. If you desire to use this service after receiving confirmation that your order is available for pickup, simply call us when you arrive, and your parcel will be ready for pickup in this manner.
During this difficult time, we’ve taken extra special measures to help you shop more safely by:
- Following the Australian Government’s and World Health Organization’s guidance and suggestions for limiting the virus’s spread;
- Increasing the frequency with which our store is cleaned and sanitised
- Preparing our employees to respond rapidly to any new emergency, should one arise, in order to protect everyone’s health and safety; and requesting that any team members who are ill stay at home;
